My extensive work experience with industrial companies has taught me that strategy and resilience mindset are crucial for growth. Mindset influences how individuals and organizations perceive, process information, make decisions, and generate innovations. It's common for teams to get bogged down in details, while entrepreneurs lose sight of the bigger picture. While I don't claim that a healthy and growth mindset is everything, it certainly aids in developing a broader understanding of mechanisms, leading to faster and better decision-making.
